Message work too. You will have to compensate for such a large weight change with different springs and valving. Plan on spending at least $1000 on coilovers if you go that route.

Since you'd be dropping weight only at the front, your car will be pretty rear-biased. I'd go as far as to weigh and corner-balance after all is said and done. What fun is the power if you can't turn a corner for beans?

What about maintenance and local parts availability later? Swapping in a JDM-only engine is just a pita.
